Check that the camera is online in the Ring app and that motion detection is on, with a motion zone covering the coop.

Squawk says it can’t verify

That is Squawk telling the truth: it could not get a usable image. Check the camera’s power and Wi-Fi, then check for a privacy zone covering the coop door.

Squawk says a plan problem

Ring requires an active plan for the camera; without one, Squawk cannot retrieve images.


Managing your data

Delete individual images or your whole account from Settings, or write to us. Permanent deletion completes within 30 days.

Unlinking

Remove Squawk from the Ring app to end camera access immediately.


Report abuse or misuse

If you believe Squawk is being used to monitor a person without consent, to harass someone, or for any unlawful purpose, report it to abuse@getsquawkapp.com. Anyone may make a report, including people who are not Squawk users. We review reports within 5 business days and act on confirmed misuse, including suspending accounts.
